China to stop using executed prisoners as source of transplant organs.
Reported that China is the only country that still systematically takes organs from executed prisoners for use in transplant operations. The supply of human organs falls far short of demand in China, due in part to a traditional belief that bodies should be buried or cremated intact. An estimated 300,000 patients are wait-listed every year for organ transplants, but that only about 100,000 ultimately or so receive them. Owing to high demand and low donation rates, death row prisoners have provided the majority of transplanted organs for years. But in future their organs will only be used if they volunteer to donate and their families approve the decision. So far, the Chinese government has over the last year flagged plans to end the controversial practice (from next month - January 2015) which has drawn criticism from rights groups who have accused authorities of taking many organs without consent from prisoners or their families.

To be honest, I have never thought about this kind of thing before. Organs from prisoners ?? This is a human rights nightmare..

According to your topic,It's interesting to talk about this debatable issue.Also, It makes me feel pity on the patients who r facing with the bad diseases and getting involve in wait-listed.Overall, It's proper for the patients to get the human organs from the death prisoners . Actually, The prisoners suppose to be proud for them selves aren't they....? at least once they're going to die the only last best thing that they can do to help other living people is to donate their death body for organs transplantation. In my personal view, It seems better than just bury their the body instead of making them more meaningful because if we analyze clearly The prisoners would have done such a worst thing that the society can't even forgive them like sexual assault which caused people stressful mind or finally die.That's why death penalty is suitable for them. However, If we talk about the human right view absolutely, It hugely wrong to take their organs without any approvals. By the way,

from this statement i think the percentage of donation permission would be less if we wait till they volunteer them selves. I Just Hope prisoners will have such a kind mindset by letting their bodies beneficial to other less luck patients ~;~
